A proportion of the revenue that came from the sale of the book Olhares Sobre a Terra-Mãe (Glances at the Motherland), published by philos in 2012, enabled EDUCAFRICA to set off on a mission last March, in Guinea-Bissau. Small gestures can lead to big deeds and it was good to see that some simple aid from philos allowed somebody to make a difference and improve the life of so many people.
